AI Transparency
How Harmony AI assistance works on this platform, and what it is not used for.
AI transparency
What Harmony is
Harmony is Mars Elite Recruiting's AI assistance layer, built on Mars Aura's platform. Where enabled, it is designed to help with specific, narrow tasks - such as highlighting how a candidate's stated skills and experience relate to a job posting, drafting suggested interview questions, or summarizing interview notes for a hiring team's own review.
What Harmony does not do
Harmony does not make hiring decisions. It does not automatically reject, advance, or rank a candidate out of a process, and it does not have the authority to determine employment eligibility. Every hiring decision on this platform is made by a person - a recruiter, hiring manager, or employer - not by an algorithm.
What Harmony does not use
Harmony features on this platform are not designed to infer or use protected characteristics (such as race, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability status) as an input. Where AI-assisted matching is offered, it is based on job-related information a candidate or employer has provided - skills, experience, stated preferences, and job requirements.
Where AI assistance is currently active
AI assistance on this platform is rolled out feature by feature, and clearly indicated in the product wherever it is active - most areas of the platform involve no AI assistance at all today. We do not claim a capability is live anywhere it isn't; if you see an 'AI' or 'Harmony' label in the product, it reflects an assistive feature that is actually turned on for that screen, not a general promise about the whole platform.
Human review and fallback
Where Harmony assistance is shown, it is presented as advisory input for a person to consider, not a final answer, and the platform continues to function normally if AI assistance is temporarily unavailable. Questions about a specific AI-assisted feature can be sent through our Contact page.
