How legitimate Mars Elite Recruiting communication occurs
Genuine communication from us will come from an @marseliterecruiting.com email address, or through your account on this platform (application status updates, interview scheduling, offer communications). We do not conduct interviews or extend offers exclusively over chat apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS.
What we will never ask you for
Mars Elite Recruiting will never ask a candidate to pay a fee, purchase equipment or gift cards, or send money of any kind as a condition of applying, interviewing, or being placed. We will never ask for your Social Security number, bank account, or full date of birth before an offer has been made and accepted, and never over email or chat.
Warning signs of a recruitment scam
Be cautious of: an unsolicited job offer with no interview; pressure to act immediately or "lose the opportunity"; requests for payment, banking details, or gift cards; interviews conducted entirely over text-based chat with no video or phone contact; and email domains that resemble ours but are not exactly marseliterecruiting.com (for example, extra words, hyphens, or a different top-level domain).
Protecting your personal information
Only submit personal information (resume, contact details, application materials) through this platform or a verified @marseliterecruiting.com address. If you are unsure whether a message claiming to be from us is genuine, do not click links or reply with personal information - contact us directly using the details on our Contact page instead.
Reporting suspicious communication
If you receive a message that claims to be from Mars Elite Recruiting or one of our clients and looks suspicious, please forward it to us via our Contact page so we can investigate. You should also report suspected employment scams to the relevant authority in your region (in the United States, the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov).
