Our approach
We aim to make the Mars Elite Recruiting platform usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or magnification. Where practical, we build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at levels A and AA as a working standard.
What we have actually verified
Specific pages (including our contact form and legal pages) have been checked with automated accessibility testing (axe-core) and returned zero detected WCAG 2 A/AA violations at the time of that check, alongside manual keyboard-navigation review. This is not a claim of full site-wide certification: automated testing catches a meaningful subset of accessibility issues, not all of them, and not every page on the platform has been through this same check yet.
Known limitations
Some areas of the platform - particularly newer or in-progress features - have not yet been through a dedicated accessibility review. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time milestone.
