Is AI used to reject candidates?
No. AI assists reviewers by summarising and comparing applications. Hiring decisions are always made by people, and sensitive attributes are excluded from matching signals.
Who can see my profile?
Only the employers and recruiters you apply to or explicitly allow. You can withdraw an application or restrict visibility at any time.
Which countries do you recruit for?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, selected European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and GCC countries.
